🗑 Delete Your Account

How to ask

Email us from the address you signed up with, or send us a message through Contact Us telling us you want your account deleted. That is all we need — we confirm before deleting anything, and the request is actioned by a person rather than automatically, so this also works if you can no longer sign in.

What we delete

Your account itself: the email address, the password, your name and any profile details you saved. After deletion you can no longer sign in with that account.

What we keep, and why

Mosque details and prayer-time corrections you sent us stay in the public record, because those describe the mosque rather than you; tell us in your request if you want something specific removed as well and we will look at it. We may also keep a record of the request itself for as long as we need it to show the deletion was carried out.

How long it takes

We reply to confirm, then delete the account: normally within two business days and always within 30 days of your request.

Before you ask

Deletion cannot be undone. If you only want your details changed, you can edit them on your profile page once you are signed in, or use Contact Us for anything else.
